Description
How We Crafted It
In keeping with the old-world tradition, Syrah Maria is fermented in open oak stikvat, where regular punch downs gently extract colour, flavour, and structure. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is hand-pressed in a classic basket press — a patient, artisanal method that preserves purity and finesse. Maturation in fine French oak then enriches the wine with subtle spice, length, and elegance before bottling.
